We don’t guess when it comes to your results. At Strive, it’s important to us to know where you’re starting from so that we can determine the best course of action to get results. When you start with us, we’ll assess you to understand how your body likes to move and build a program specific to YOU. We use a progressively intense approach so your body is challenged from the beginning but not beyond what it can recover from. We consider your specific goals, previous experiences, and how much time you have to commit to your fitness. This allows us to come up with a sustainable strategy to reach your goals AND maintain them.

Step 2: Take Action

You’ll be scheduled with one of our performance specialists for a free strategy session. 

Strategy sessions are 45 minutes and this is where we get to know YOU. This is one of our favorite parts because we begin creating the plan and specific steps necessary to achieving your goals.

Step 3: Thrive

Not only do we want you to achieve your goals, we want you to be thriving once you’re there. This means feeling energized by your training, confident and comfortable in your body, and following a sustainable performance program to keep your outstanding results.
