Dr. Shveta Jones, PT, DPT, COMT, Owner

Shveta Jones spent half of her childhood first in Queens, New York, and then in her native country of India before moving back to the U.S. at age 15 to live with her aunt and attend school in Connecticut. Her aunt eventually retired to Sedona, Arizona, which is how Shveta found her way to the Grand Canyon State. Inspired by her paternal grandfather’s successful rehab following a stroke, Shveta began volunteering at a physical therapy clinic shortly after moving to the U.S. She was intrigued enough to pursue P.T. as a career path in college at Northern Arizona University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, and a minor in Physical Sciences in 2000. She went on to earn a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from NAU in 2004.

As an orthopedics and sports medicine specialist, Shveta enjoys not only helping her patients get back to doing the things they love, but also giving them a whole new awareness and recognition of how to use their bodies.

When she’s not helping her patients live better, more active lives, Shveta enjoys hiking, running, working out, reading, watching movies, and spending time with her dog, her cat, and her husband.

Dr. Shannon Ahearn, DPT, DN-Cert, MFD-Cert, SMT-1 Cert

Shannon is an Arizona native, and she grew up dancing and cheering here in the valley.

She attended Northern Arizona University where she received her B.S. in Exercise Science, which was follower by a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2020. Very shortly after graduation, she pursued a specialty in Dance Medicine and is one of the few Dance Medicine Specialists in Arizona.

Shannon enjoys using her skillset to rehabilitate performing arts athletes, as well as active individuals with various injuries and impairments. Educating her patients regarding their injury is one of her core values and she furthers that passion by hosting workshops and attending their athletic events (invite her to your competitions to cheer you on)!

When she’s not in the clinic, you can probably find her at the gym training for one of her competitions as a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor. She enjoys her down time with her soon to be husband, Konner, and their sweet rescue Pitbull (Beau). Together, they are most likely found at a local coffee shop or seeing the newest movie in theatres.
